Description
The Isokon Building was designed by the architect Wells Coates and completed in 1934. Famous residents included Walter Gropius (founder of the Bauhaus) Marcel Breuer (designer of modernist furniture) and Agatha Christie who wrote her only spy novel ‘N or M’ there.
