The sculptures evoke nostalgia, memories, a sense of connection, and often a response to the humour in the work. This exhibition builds on a previous grouping shown at Michael Reid Sydney when I created the appliances and household objects of my childhood, growing up in rural Australia in the 1960s and 1970s.
